As a QA Engineer, you’ll help further Ohanafy’s mission to transform beverage and beyond through the testing, debugging, and ensuring the accuracy of our core product built on Salesforce. We are looking for an individual with a go-getter attitude who can learn our product and Salesforce while growing with our company and help to continually improve and enhance our product.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
• Experience with QA techniques and tools
• Experience working in software development teams and using software QA methodologies and tools
• Experience in writing clear٫ concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Excellent computer skills (i.e. Google Suite,etc.)
• A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with others in a professional and respectful manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong interpersonal skills

• Prepare detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Plan and coordinate testing activities, thoroughly identifying and documenting bugs
• Organize testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify system requirements
• Maintain relevant knowledge about new testing tools and test strategies
• Be a great teammate and help others while being adaptable and flexible enough to support ever-changing product needs based on customer and market feedback
• Work alongside the Ohanafy team members to develop solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Provide support to Sales and Professional Services departments for product demonstrations and customer implementations on an ad-hoc basis
• Testing and debugging of product features
• Contribute to technical and product documentation
• Participate in design sessions with a focus on suggesting solutions
• Continuously learn and expand knowledge of technologies (languages, frameworks, etc.) used by Ohanafy
• Continuously learn and expand knowledge of coding, design, and development
• Continuously learn and expand knowledge of the Craft Beverage industry

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software preferred
• Knowledge of coding languages encouraged - Apex (Java), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Agile software development experience
