POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Payments Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our Payments products and services. As a Payments Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining the strategic direction, prioritizing features, and ensuring the successful delivery of our new Payment solution and offerings. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, improve user experience, and maximize the value of our Payments solutions for our customers. You will also help lead the design and development of our own stand-alone Payments gateway.

Requirements
REQUIRED
- Bachelor's in Business Management or related experience.
- 10+ years of experience in payments industry
- Deep knowledge and understanding of payment gateways and technologies needed to successfully handle large volumes of payment processing
- In-depth knowledge of payment services and technologies, with experience working with services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM, and others.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles, architectures, and best practices.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing payment products or services, from concept to delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and communicate the long-term vision and strategy of our payments product portfolio, aligning with business goals and market needs.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to empower the engineering team.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, working closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver quality products on time and within budget.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation within the payments space, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Optimize payment infrastructure performance, reliability, and scalability through continuous monitoring, tuning, and performance analysis.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability issues to ensure optimal system performance.
