POSITION SUMMARY
As a Principal AWS Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our AWS infrastructure to meet the needs of our rapidly growing business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, optimize performance, and ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of our cloud-based systems.

Requirements
REQUIRED
- 7+ years of hands-on experience architecting, designing, and implementing AWS cloud solutions in a production environment is required.
- Experience designing and building web environments on AWS, which includes working with services like EC2, ELB, RDS, and S3
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, security principles, and best practices for cloud environments.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Sound judgment and detail-oriented.
- Ability and passion to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design and architecture of AWS infrastructure solutions to support the company's technical requirements and business objectives.
- Develop scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud architecture that meets performance and security standards.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to empower the engineering team.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project success after delivery
- Perform model management through the creation of data flows, recipes and complex dashboards.
- Optimize AWS infrastructure performance, reliability, and scalability through continuous monitoring, tuning, and performance analysis.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability issues to ensure optimal system performance.
DESIRED
- AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
- Agile software development experience.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with others in a professional and respectful manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
