POSITION SUMMARY
As a CRM Analytics & AI Specialist, you’ll help further Ohanafy’s mission to transform the beverage industry by developing complex dashboards and analytics tools. This position demands technical experience within the Salesforce CRM Analytics product and requires discipline to oversee projects and mentor team members.

Requirements
REQUIRED
- 4+ years of experience with the CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics)
- Active holder of one of the following Salesforce Certifications:some text
- Tableau CRM and Einstein Discovery Consultant
- AI Associate
- Database design and workflow experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Sound judgment and detail-oriented.
- Ability and passion to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, deliver, and maintain analytics and artificial intelligence projects across their entire lifecycle.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to empower the engineering team.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project success after delivery
- Perform model management through the creation of data flows, recipes, and complex Dashboards.
DESIRED
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Familiarity with Tableau or a similar business intelligence tool, such as PowerBI.
- Experience with data science concepts and familiarity with data science languages, including Python, R, etc.
- Agile software development experience.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with others in a professional and respectful manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Passion for software development.
