This position demands technical experience within the Salesforce CRM Analytics product and requires discipline to oversee projects and mentor team members.

• 4+ years of experience with the CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics)
• Active holder of one of the following Salesforce Certifications:some text
  • Tableau CRM and Einstein Discovery Consultant
  • AI Associate
• Database design and workflow experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Sound judgment and detail-oriented.
• Ability and passion to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.

• Design, deliver, and maintain analytics and artificial intelligence projects across their entire lifecycle.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to empower the engineering team.
• Collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project success after delivery
• Perform model management through the creation of data flows, recipes, and complex Dashboards.

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
• Familiarity with Tableau or a similar business intelligence tool, such as PowerBI.
• Experience with data science concepts and familiarity with data science languages, including Python, R, etc.
• Agile software development experience.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with others in a professional and respectful manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
