• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Strong programming skills Apex (Java), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Database design and workflow experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Sound judgment and detail-oriented.
• Ability and passion to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.

• Lead and oversee technical projects across their entire lifecycle, from conceptualization to completion.
• Manage and supervise the design, development, and execution of engineering solutions.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to empower the engineering team.
• Collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Analyze complex engineering challenges and devise effective solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the engineering team's performance and achievements.
• Research, evaluate, and advocate for the adoption of innovative technologies, methodologies, and procedures.
• Mentor, educate, and guide domain experts and individual contributors across multiple teams in the sub-department to foster growth and expertise.

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
• Experience with client-side JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, Knockout, etc.
• Agile software development experience.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with others in a professional and respectful manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
