Every team member here at Ohanafy celebrates each milestone as if it’s a personal one. Chris Dowling, Chief Revenue Officer, shares sentiments that echo the entire team: “Four of the top 100 breweries in the nation have partnered with us in the last two months. We've always known our product was ready for it, but our conservative goal was to get one by the end of the year. This is incredible validation that we are genuinely onto something life-changing for our customers.”
Mackenzie Fenn, our Customer Success Manager, perfectly describes the astounding progress: “We have made an UNBELIEVABLE amount of progress over the past 12 months. Growing our team by 300%, exceeding our quota every single month, and transforming customer service are just some of the things we have been able to accomplish.” This growth can be attributed to our commitment to monthly product releases. With each new feature release, we expand our product capabilities and ensure our customers are using software that is suited to their needs.
Other early employees like Matt Archibald, Business Development Manager, had other thoughts about what our biggest growth point was over the past year. Matt mentioned our most significant growth point “has been the level of resilience, confidence, and dedication each team member has showcased during the last year. Whether they started as an intern, Ohanafy was their first job, or it was their first experience with Salesforce, everyone has put in a tremendous amount of time and effort to become the industry expert our customers need.”
All early employees shared a unified sentiment that Ohanafy’s future is looking very bright. Software Engineer Grant Risk, believes our future is “only up from here.” Similarly, Chief Revenue Officer Chris Dowling added that our future is “limitless. If we keep listening to our customers and providing them with the best tech and support they deserve, the word will continue to get out, and their peers will continue to join the fun.”
