Introductory stage to define implementation ownership, and roles. We will review high level scope and customer statement of work together, and map out implementation timelines together.

Identify any data quality issues or constraints and discuss how to address them
Ensures everyone has a clear understanding of the data and what will be migrated
Ensures a more productive and efficient project kickoff call, where key stakeholders and team members can focus on discussing important project details and making important decisions
During this phase, we will officially kickoff your Ohanafy implementation. This is where the rubber meets the road and we begin configuration as well as data cleanup to ensure everything is setup according to your specific needs.
Establish a common understanding of the project scope, goals, and objectives

Review project plan, timeline, and deliverables

At this point, we begin loading all of your data into your production instance of Ohanafy as well as begin validation that all configuration and system access is setup and complete. We will work closely with your team to review and validate as we go.
Identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies in the data
Verify that the data is complete and accurate
Detect and remove any duplicate data
Identify and address any outliers in the data
Verify that the data is properly formatted
Agree on a validation protocol, including a sign-off process

Training is an important aspect of the journey with Ohanafy and this phase of the project is one we take very seriously. To ensure our customers are ramped up quickly, we provide multiple training options to support your specific needs. From in-person and virtual training sessions, to pre-recorded videos and even embedded guided walkthroughs that live directly inside of our application and can be accessed at any time, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are supported with having training always at their fingertips.

Ensure the system is fully functional and meets the needs of the business
