Key Responsibilities
Customer Training and Enablement
- Deliver engaging, high-quality customer training during onboarding and beyond, both onsite and virtually
- Lead live training sessions, workshops, and webinars for customers, administrators, and power users
- Translate Ohanafy functionality into practical, business-focused outcomes for beverage distributors
- Act as a trusted advisor who understands life in the beverage industry and can speak the customer’s language
Learning Content and LMS Ownership
- Build, launch, and continuously improve Ohanafy’s Learning Management System
- Design structured learning paths for different customer roles and experience levels
- Create and maintain training materials including presentations, videos, documentation, and exercises
- Develop customer-facing Knowledge Base articles based on real customer questions and implementation learnings
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Professional Services to support successful implementations and ongoing adoption
- Collaborate with Customer Success to reinforce best practices and drive long-term customer value
- Support Product and Go-To-Market teams by enabling customers on new features and workflows
Industry Expertise and Growth
- Continuously expand knowledge of the beverage alcohol industry, including distributor operations and challenges
- Represent Ohanafy confidently with customers and at events when needed
- Identify opportunities to improve training programs, content, and delivery based on feedback and results
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and exceptional performance
- Proven ability to present confidently to large groups and facilitate engaging training sessions
- Strong customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people succeed
- Ability to travel regularly for onsite customer training
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong judgment and the ability to adapt content and delivery to different audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce platform experience
- Experience building or managing a Learning Management System
- Background in the beverage industry, ideally distributor-side experience
- Experience training external customers in a SaaS or technology environment
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and knowledge content
