POSITION SUMMARY
Ohanafy is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a proven track record in managing company financials, creating financial forecasts and models, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. This role is critical in supporting Ohanafy's financial health and strategic goals as we continue to transform the craft beverage industry.

Requirements
REQUIRED
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Controller, Senior Accountant, or similar role in financial management.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and interpret complex financial models.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, and budget and forecast preparation.
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and properly documented.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making processes.
- Manage all aspects of company invoice procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, tax requirements, and company policies.
- Manage cash flow, monitor expenditures, and oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.
- Communicate financial performance and projections to leadership, providing strategic recommendations based on analysis.
