As a QA Engineer, you’ll help further Ohanafy’s mission to transform the craft beverage industry through the testing, debugging, and ensuring the accuracy of our core product built on Salesforce. RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Prepare detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Plan and coordinate testing activities٫ thoroughly identifying and documenting bugs
  • Organize testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify system requirements
  • Maintain relevant knowledge about new testing tools and test strategies
  • Be a great teammate and help others while being adaptable and flexible enough to support ever changing product needs based on customer and market feedback
  • Work alongside the Ohanafy team members to develop solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Provide support to Sales and Professional Services departments for product demonstrations and customer implementations on ad-hoc basis
  • Testing and debugging of product features
  • Contribute to technical and product documentation
  • Participate in design sessions with focus on suggesting solutions
  • Continuously learn and expand knowledge of technologies (languages, frameworks, etc.) used by Ohanafy
  • Continuously learn and expand knowledge of coding, design, and development
  • Continuously learn and expand knowledge of the Craft Beverage industry

REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
  • Experience with QA techniques and tools
  • Experience working in software development teams and using software QA methodologies and tools
  • Experience in writing clear٫ concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Excellent computer skills (i.e. Google Suite,etc.)
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with others in a professional and respectful manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Sound judgment, detail-oriented
  • Collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills

DESIRED:

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software preferred
  • Knowledge of coding languages encouraged -  Apex (Java), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Agile software development experience
