Head of Product

As the Head of Product, you’ll help further Ohanafy’s mission to transform the craft beverage industry through the development of our core product built on Salesforce. We are looking for an individual with a track record of building and leading high-performing product and development teams and ensuring Ohanafys products meet the needs of our customers while maintaining our high standards of quality.

- Lead, manage and mentor the entire PDE team including development, quality assurance, and more
- Manage high-level product strategy while managing Ohanafy’s entire product suite
- Be a team player that can help others while being adaptable and flexible enough to support ever changing product needs in a growth stage startup environment
- Be willing to roll your sleeves up and dive into the product team's needs when needed
- Provide support to Sales and Professional Services departments for product demonstrations on ad-hoc basis
- Guide teams with numerous products at different phases in the product lifecycle
- Build and grow an exceptional PDE team through hiring, onboarding, coaching, and mentoring
- Monitor ongoing product development sprints and consistently evaluate results to improve overall team performance and production
- Contribute to technical and product documentation as needed
- Learn Ohanafy’s Craft Beverage Operating System platform and ancillary products
- Drive product roadmap while taking into account customer feedback and strategic direction alongside the leadership team
- Participate in design sessions with a focus on suggesting scalable solutions
- Understand the business domain, data model, and design of the code base for Ohanafy’s products
- Continuously learn and expand knowledge of technologies (languages, frameworks, etc.) used by Ohanafy
- Continuously learn and expand knowledge of coding, design, and development
- Continuously learn and expand knowledge of the Craft Beverage industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 5+ years of experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Strategic & creative thinker with the ability to craft go-to-market strategies in collaboration with other departments
- Deep knowledge and experience with Salesforce as a platform
- Customer-centric mindset with the capability of translating customer business needs into technical solutions to be built by product development
- Track record of building and leading high-performing product teams
